We can offer you small to large-scale (milligram to gram quantities) production of hybridomas, created as part of the custom monoclonal antibody project, or from your own hybridomas. Prior to the scale-up, hybridomas are evaluated by several quality control points and extra subcloning is performed to ensure monoclonality and stability.
Phase 0 – (1-4 weeks)
Preparation of hybridoma for scale-up.
Phase 1 – (4-6 weeks)
Scale-up of hybridoma with the option for serum-free media.
Phase 2 – (2 weeks)
Antibody purification and characterisation.
