APS offers quick and reliable PCR mycoplasma testing for cell culture samples. Our test is able to distinguish between negative results and non-valid tests. APS recommends the cells be passed twice without antibiotics and be growing for 2-3 weeks in a media without antibiotics. The growing flask should be sent in topped up with medium with a non-vented cap.
